The organosilicon polymer has a partial structure represented by the following formula (T3): R-Si(O1/2)3 ...(T3), where, in the formula T3, R represents an alkyl group or phenyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, inclusive. In a 29Si-NMR measurement of tetrahydrofuran insoluble content of the toner particles, a ratio [ST3] of peak area of the partial structure represented by the formula (T3) to total peak area of the organosilicon polymer satisfies a relationship expressed as: ST3≥0.05.
