To provide a fiber treatment agent composition having an excellent deodorizing property and high transparency.SOLUTION: Provided is a fiber treatment agent composition comprising the following (A) to (C): (A) a C8-22 fatty acid zinc salt; (B) a C1-4 monohydric alcohol, a glycol ether-based solvent, or a C2-6 polyhydric alcohol with a hydroxyl group number of 2-6; and (C) a polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether represented by the following formula (1) or (2): Ra-O-(C2H4O)r-H (1) (in the formula, Ra represents a C10-18 alkyl group or alkenyl group; and r is an average mole number of addition and is 2-30); and Rb-O-(C2H4O)s(C3H6O)t-H (2) (in the formula, Rb represents a C10-18 alkyl group or alkenyl group; and s and t are average mole numbers of addition, where s is 2-30 and t is 1-20).
