Therefore, processing accuracy of the sheath pipe side plug insertion holes 13 and the insertion pipe side plug insertion holes 23 can be easily secured, and the increase in a manufacturing cost of the steel pipe joint 1 in which the increase in a cost is suppressed and which does not largely protrude to the outer periphery and a structure using the steel pipe joint 1 can be suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
