Zusammenfassung:To provide a magnetic device which can improve reliability.SOLUTION: The magnetic device includes a first conductive part, a second conductive part, a first element and a second element. Each of the first and second conductive parts includes a first region, a second region and a third region provided between the first region and the second region in a first direction. In a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, the first element and the second element overlap with the third region of the first conductive part and the third region of the second conductive part, respectively. A direction from a part of the first element toward a part of the second element goes along the second direction. The first element has a first surface and a second surface intersecting with the first direction.
