Zusammenfassung:To provide a cooking technique with heat capable of bringing out the deliciousness of a food material equivalent to a case where a cook heats and cooks the food material.SOLUTION: A heating part (20) heats the inside of a heating chamber (S) in which a food material is arranged. A control part (50) controls the heating part (20) so as to sequentially perform at least two heating operations. The control part (50) determines at least the temperature rising rate and switching condition of each heating operation by using a learning model (100) which performs machine learning in advance on the basis of a data set composed of input information including at least information of a food material including a kind, an initial temperature of the food material and a food material cooking method, and output information including the temperature rising rate and switching condition of each heating operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】調理人が食材を加熱調理する場合と同等の食材のおいしさを引き出せる加熱調理技術を提供する。【解決手段】加熱部(20)は、食材が配置される加熱庫(S)内を加熱する。制御部(50)は、少なくとも2つの加熱運転が順次行われるように加熱部(20)を制御する。制御部(50)は、少なくとも種類を含む食材の情報、食材の初期温度及び食材の調理方法を含む入力情報と、各加熱運転の温度上昇速度及び切替条件を含む出力情報とから構成されるデータセットに基づいて、予め機械学習が行われた学習モデル(100)を用いて、少なくとも各加熱運転の温度上昇速度及び切替条件を決定する。【選択図】図5
