Zusammenfassung:To provide a coil component and an electronic apparatus, capable of suppressing a decrease in reliability while reducing the use amount of a resin.SOLUTION: A coil component includes: a base part including metal magnetic particles, a gap between the metal magnetic particles, and a resin filling the gap; and a coil conductor built in the base part and formed of multi-layer conductors. In the cross section of the base part along a coil axis, the base part has: a first region of the base part sandwiched between the multi-layer conductors; and a second region of the base part orthogonal to the coil axis on at lest one side of the inside or outside from the conductors. The first region and the second region include a filling part where the gap is filled with the resin, and a non-filling part where the gap is not filled with the resin.
