Zusammenfassung:To form a yoke in which a burr that is generated when an insulator is formed in a split yoke is suppressed.SOLUTION: A yoke is formed by arranging a plurality of split yokes 10 in a ring-like shape. Each of the split yokes 10 includes a back yoke portion 11 that extends in a circumferential direction of the yoke which is formed integrally by laminating a plurality of magnetic steel plates, a single tooth portion 12 that extends from the back yoke portion 11 in a radial direction of the yoke, and an insulator 13 that is formed of an insulating resin covering a region extending from the tooth portion 12 to the back yoke portion 11. When viewed from the direction of the axis core of the yoke, the insulator 13 includes an outer edge region 13E the thickness of which is stepwisely reduced toward an end of the back yoke portion 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】分割ヨークにインシュレータを形成する際に発生するバリを抑制したヨークを構成する。【解決手段】複数の分割ヨーク10を環状に配置して構成されるヨークであって、分割ヨーク10は、複数の磁性鋼板の積層により一体的に形成されたヨークの周方向に延びるバックヨーク部11、及び、このバックヨーク部11からヨークの径方向に延びる単一のティース部12、並びに、ティース部12からバックヨーク部11に亘る領域を覆う絶縁性樹脂で成るインシュレータ13を有している。ヨークの軸芯方向視において、インシュレータ13が、バックヨーク部11の端部に近い位置ほど階段状に厚さが低減する外縁領域13Eを備えている。【選択図】図4
