Zusammenfassung: | To provide a heat exchange element that achieves improved heat exchange efficiency and a heat exchange ventilation device including the same.SOLUTION: In a heat exchange element 6, heat exchange element pieces 15, each of which has a heat transfer plate 13 having a heat transfer property and ribs 14 provided on one side of the heat transfer plate 13, are laminated to form exhaust air passages 16 and air supply passages 17 one by one alternately, and an exhaust flow 3 circulating through the exhaust air passages 16 and a supply flow 4 circulating through the air supply passages 17 exchange the heat through the heat transfer plates 13. Each rib 14 is formed in a flat cross section by a fused fiber layer 42, obtained by fusing and fixing fiber members 40 on the surface. Each fused fiber layer 42 is formed to wind around the surface of each rib 14 toward the direction of flowing of the exhaust flow 3 or supply flow 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】熱交換効率を向上させることが可能な熱交換素子及びそれを用いた熱交換形換気装置を提供する。【解決手段】熱交換素子6は、伝熱性を有する伝熱板13と、伝熱板13の一方の面に設けた複数のリブ14とを備える熱交換素子ピース15を積層して排気風路16と給気風路17を1層ずつ交互に構成し、排気風路16を流通する排気流3と給気風路17を流通する給気流4とが伝熱板13を介して熱交換する。リブ14は、表面の複数の繊維部材40を溶融して固着した繊維溶融層42により断面が扁平形状に構成されている。そして、繊維溶融層42は、排気流3または給気流4が流通する方向に向かって、リブ14の表面に巻き付くように形成されている。【選択図】図3 |
