Zusammenfassung: | To provide a heat exchange element and a heat exchange ventilator using the same capable of preventing an air passage from being clogged with a rib and a heat exchanger plate which are separated from each other with adhesion therebetween decreased due to a dimensional change of rib subject to moisture absorption.SOLUTION: A heat exchange element 6, where heat exchange element pieces 15, each having a heat conductive heat exchanger plate 13 and a plurality of ribs 14 installed on one of the faces of the heat exchanger plate 13, are laminated so as to form alternating layers of an exhaust air passage 16 and an intake air passages 17, allows an exhaust air flow 3 to flow in the exhaust air passage 16 and an intake air flow 4 in the intake air passage 17 to exchange heat through the heat exchanger plates 13. The heat exchanger plates 13 and the ribs 14 are adhered to each other with adhesive. Each rib 14 is formed with a plurality of fiber bundles spirally stranded in a first rotation direction with a direction of the exhaust air flow 3 or the intake air flow 4 as an axis. Each fiber bundle is formed with a plurality of fibers spirally stranded in a second rotation direction opposite to the first rotation direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】吸湿によるリブの寸法変化が要因で生じる、リブと伝熱板の接着剥がれによる風路の閉塞を抑制することが可能な熱交換素子及びそれを用いた熱交換形換気装置を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】熱交換素子6は、伝熱性を有する伝熱板13と、伝熱板13の一方の面に設けた複数のリブ14とを備える熱交換素子ピース15を積層して排気風路16と給気風路17を1層ずつ交互に構成し、排気風路16を流通する排気流3と給気風路17を流通する給気流4とが伝熱板13を介して熱交換する。伝熱板13とリブ14とは接着部材により互いに固着される。リブ14は、排気流3または給気流4が流通する方向を軸として、複数の繊維束を第一撚り方向に回転させながら螺旋状に撚り組んで構成され、複数の繊維束のそれぞれは、複数の繊維を第一撚り方向とは逆の方向となる第二撚り方向に回転させながら螺旋状に撚り組んで構成されている。【選択図】図3 |
