To provide a fastened member which can inhibit occurrence of cracks starting at a fastening part at an end part in a fastening structure in which a resin member, the fastened member, is fastened to a metal member by using a fastening member.SOLUTION: A fastened member has: a resin member formed with a through hole into which a fastening member is inserted; and a metal member which covers a part or an entire part of a surface of the fastened member.
