The metal member has: a frame part disposed along a surface of the resin member and covering the surface; a collar part disposed along an inner wall surface of the through hole of the resin member and formed by a part of the frame part entering an interior of the through hole; and a hemming part disposed along an end part of the resin member and formed by folding the end part of the frame part along the end part of the resin member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
