Zusammenfassung:To provide a vehicle truck cover which has thin thickness entirely, restricts an increase of weight, suppresses an acoustic noise leaking from the truck to outside and prevents adhesion of snow and ice into inside.SOLUTION: A railway vehicle truck cover includes a support layer 25, a heating layer and a protect layer 26. The support layer is made from a fiber reinforced plastic which has insulating fibers as an enforcing material and has a prescribed shape and a prescribed strength. The heating layer has a built-in planar heater 21A (21B, 21C) and is bonded to an inner face of the support layer. The protect layer has a built-in enforcing cloth inside and is bonded to the heating layer's surface opposite to the support layer. The support layer, the heating layer and the protect layer constitute a sheet integrated using common resin. Moreover, as a lower end part approaches the truck, the lower end part curves to have a larger slope angle against the vertical plane or the lower end part bends to form a shape which has an inclined side approaching the truck. The lower part of the planer heater is folded up to a prescribed height and an insulation layer is laid between the lower part of the planer heater and the folded up part of the planer heater.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】全体の厚みを薄くして重量の増加を抑制しつつ台車周りの騒音が外部へ漏れるのを抑制すると共に内側に雪や氷が付着するのを防止することができる車両の台車カバーを提供する。【解決手段】絶縁性繊維を補強材とする繊維強化プラスチックからなり所定の形状および所定の強度を有する支持層25と、面状ヒータ21A(21B,21C)を内蔵し前記支持層の内面に接合された発熱層と、内部に補強布を内蔵し前記発熱層の支持層と反対側の面に接合された保護層26とからなり、前記支持層と発熱層と保護層が、共通の樹脂によって一体化された状態に形成されているように構成した。さらに、下端部が台車側に近づくに従って鉛直面に対する傾斜角度が大きくなるように湾曲もしくは下端部が台車側に近づくように傾斜された形状を有するように形成され、面状ヒータは、その下部が絶縁層を介して所定高さまで折り返されている。【選択図】図3
