To smoothly adjust a blow quantity of a blower for scattering objects to be scattered and to simply and compactly configure an adjustment device for adjusting the blow quantity.SOLUTION: A management machine comprises: a machine body; a container that is provided on the machine body and stores objects to be scattered; a transportation pipe that distributes the objects to be scattered discharged from the container together with a transportation wind; a scattering part that is provided on the transportation pipe and scatters the objects to be scattered; a blower that generates the transportation wind to be distributed through the transportation pipe; and an adjustment device that can adjust a blow quantity of the blower.
