Zusammenfassung:To operate a moving object with an operation schedule that is easy to use even when there are few users.SOLUTION: An operation management device according to one embodiment comprises: a reception unit that accepts reservations for a plurality of operation schedules, which defines a schedule for operating a moving object on a fixed route and overlaps with at least another operation schedule in an execution time zone; a reservation control unit that cancels an acceptance of reservation for the operation schedule whose execution time zone overlaps with the reserved operation schedule when a reservation is received at the reception unit; and a management unit that outputs an instruction to operate the moving object according to the reserved operation schedule.
