Zusammenfassung: | To impart antibacterial property to a raw fabric of a container for storing a food product obtained by laminating PBT onto a surface of a paper base material.SOLUTION: An antibacterial raw fabric has a base material layer composed of paper, and an antibacterial resin layer formed on one surface of the base material layer. The antibacterial resin layer is composed of PBT, and is obtained by dispersing antibacterial metal fine particles having a particle diameter of 300 nm or smaller therein. An elution amount of the antibacterial metal fine particles is 10 μg/m2 or larger. The antibacterial raw fabric exhibits sure antibacterial performance with a small amount of silver fine particles. A container for storing an antibacterial food product can be inexpensively manufactured due to excellent heat-resistant moldability.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】PBTを紙基材表面にラミネートした食品収容用容器用の原反に抗菌性を付与する。【解決手段】抗菌性原反は、紙から成る基材層と、基材層の一方表面に形成された抗菌性樹脂層とを有し、抗菌性樹脂層はPBTから成り、これに粒径が300nm以下の抗菌性金属微粒子を分散させて含む。抗菌性金属微粒子の溶出量は10μg/m2以上である。抗菌性原反は少量の銀微粒子で確実な抗菌性能を発揮する。耐熱性成形性に優れるので、抗菌性食品収容用容器を安価に製造できる。【選択図】 なし |
