Zusammenfassung:To provide a resin composition which enables production of a molded article (specifically, a magnetic member and the like) having good mechanical strength by a molding method different from compression molding.SOLUTION: Provided is a resin composition for melt molding, comprising a thermosetting resin and magnetic material particles provided with a surface coating layer containing a siloxane polymer. The thermosetting resin preferably contains an epoxy resin. When a cross-section of the magnetic material particle is inspected, the surface coating layer is preferably present on the entire circumference of the cross-section. The magnetic material particle is preferably further provided with an insulation improving layer containing a phosphorus-based compound inside the surface coating layer. The magnetic material particles preferably include soft magnetic particles. A content ratio of the magnetic material particles in the whole resin composition is preferably 90 mass% or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】圧縮成形とは異なる成形方法により、機械的強度が良好な成形品(具体的には磁性部材など)を製造可能な樹脂組成物を提供すること。【解決手段】熱硬化性樹脂と、シロキサンポリマーを含む表面被覆層を備える磁性体粒子と、を含む、溶融成形用の樹脂組成物。熱硬化性樹脂は、好ましくはエポキシ樹脂を含む。磁性体粒子の断面を観察したときに、表面被覆層は好ましくはその断面の外周全体に存在している。磁性体粒子は、好ましくは表面被覆層の内側に、リン系化合物を含む絶縁性向上層を更に備える。磁性体粒子は、好ましくは軟磁性粒子を含む。樹脂組成物全体中の磁性体粒子の含有比率は、好ましくは90質量%以上である。【選択図】図1
