Zusammenfassung: | To provide a control device of a heat source system which can be forcibly restored to normal control from a low-load stop, the heat source system, a control method of the heat source system and a control program of the heat source system.SOLUTION: In a control device of a heat source system 1 having a plurality of refrigerators 2, an inlet temperature sensor 8 for detecting a cooling water inlet temperature of the refrigerator 2, and an outlet temperature sensor 9 for detecting a cooling water outlet temperature are arranged at each of the refrigerators 2. The control device acquires the cooling water inlet temperature and the cooling water outlet temperature, and sets an initial value to a cooling water outlet temperature setting value of the refrigerator 2. When the cooling water inlet temperature is lower than low-load stop temperature, the refrigerator 2 is brought into a low-load stop, and when the cooling water inlet temperature is higher than a low-load restoration temperature being a value larger than the low-load stop temperature during the low-load stop, the refrigerator is brought into low-load restoration. When any of the refrigerators 2 reaches the low-load stop, the control device performs forcible restoration control for changing the cooling water outlet temperature setting value to a lower limit value being a value which is smaller than the initial value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】軽負荷停止から通常制御への強制復帰を可能とする熱源システムの制御装置、熱源システム、熱源システムの制御方法、及び熱源システムの制御プログラムを提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】複数の冷凍機2を備えた熱源システム1の制御装置であって、冷凍機2の冷水入口温度を検知する入口温度センサ8及び冷水出口温度を検知する出口温度センサ9が冷凍機2毎にそれぞれ設置され、制御装置は、冷水入口温度及び冷水出口温度を取得し、また冷凍機2の冷水出口温度設定値に初期値を設定し、冷凍機2は、冷水入口温度が軽負荷停止温度を下回ると軽負荷停止となり、軽負荷停止中に冷水入口温度が軽負荷停止温度よりも大きい値である軽負荷復帰温度を上回ると軽負荷復帰となり、いずれかの冷凍機2が軽負荷停止に至ると、冷水出口温度設定値を初期値よりも小さい値である下限値に変更する強制復帰制御を行う。【選択図】図1 |
