Zusammenfassung:To provide a drum type washing machine which suppresses water reaching the inside of a rotary drum at improper timing.SOLUTION: A drum type washing machine in the present disclosure, as a detergent input structure, includes: a detergent storage container 6 in which a detergent is inputted; a first flow passage connected to the detergent storage container, and includes a storage part 42 formed so as to store a liquid; a second flow passage communicating with an opening 41 for splitting path formed above a downstream of the storage part 42, and connected to a lower part of a water tank 11; and a third flow passage communicating with the first flow passage on the downstream of the opening 41 for splitting path and above the opening 41 for splitting path, and communicating with the inside of a rotary drum 10.
