Zusammenfassung:	To technically assist with infection protection.SOLUTION: A dispenser photographs an end user's face by using a camera, and determines whether a smiling face is included in the image obtained using the camera. When the result of this determination is true, the dispenser records the smiling-face detection in a storage device, and when the smiling-face detection is recorded, the dispenser discharges, from a discharge port, a liquid in a container in which a liquid such as a liquid medical agent or soap for fingers is stored. Before, during, or after the discharge, the dispenser carries out an output according to a record of smiling-face detection.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】感染予防を技術的に支援する。【解決手段】ディスペンサが、カメラによりエンドユーザの顔を撮影し、カメラの撮影画像に笑顔が写っているか否かを判断する。ディスペンサが、当該判断の結果が真の場合に記憶装置に笑顔検出を記録し、笑顔検出が記録された場合に、液体状の薬剤又は石鹸であり手指用の液体を貯留した容器内の液体を吐出口から吐出する。ディスペンサが、当該吐出の前、最中、又は後に、笑顔検出の記録に応じた出力を行う。【選択図】図６
