Zusammenfassung:To provide an antistatic surface protective film that can be stuck even to an optical film having a rough surface, is less likely to contaminate an adherend, shows no changes in low contamination property for the adherend over time, and has excellent antistatic performance upon peeling without degradation over time.SOLUTION: There is provided an antistatic surface protective film 5, in which a release agent layer 2 containing an antistatic agent 3 comprising an alkali metal salt and a silicone-based release agent is formed on one surface of a base film 1 made of a resin having transparency, and an adhesive layer 4 is formed on the other surface of the base film 1. The release agent is a kind selected from a silicone-based release agent, a release agent containing a long chain alkyl group, and a fluoro-release agent. The base film 1 is wound into a rolled state with the adhesive layer 4 inside so as to allow the release layer 2 to be in contact with the adhesive layer 4. The adhesive layer 4 is an acrylic adhesive layer. The component of the antistatic agent 3 comprising the alkali metal salt is transferred to only the surface of the adhesive layer 4, thereby existing on the surface thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】表面に凹凸がある光学用フィルムに対しても貼合でき、被着体への汚染が少なく、かつ、経時でも被着体に対する低い汚染性が変化せず、経時劣化しないで優れた剥離帯電防止性能を有する帯電防止表面保護フィルムを提供する。【解決手段】透明性を有する樹脂からなる基材フィルム1の片面に、アルカリ金属塩からなる帯電防止剤3と剥離剤とを含有する剥離剤層2が設けられ、基材フィルム1の他面に、粘着剤層4が設けられた帯電防止表面保護フィルム5であって、剥離剤が、シリコーン系剥離剤、長鎖アルキル基含有剥離剤、フッ素系剥離剤より選択された1種であり、基材フィルム1が、剥離剤層2と粘着剤層4とが接するように、粘着剤層4を内側にしてロール状に巻回してなり、粘着剤層4が、アクリル系粘着剤層であり、アルカリ金属塩からなる帯電防止剤3の成分が、粘着剤層4においては表面のみに転写されて存在している。【選択図】図1
