Zusammenfassung:To provide an organic transistor which can materialize various operations by itself, and a device for controlling operations of such an organic transistor.SOLUTION: The organic transistor of the present invention has a photoisomerizing molecule film as a semiconductor film for channel formation. The organic transistor comprises a plurality of electrodes formed on the photoisomerizing molecule film so that they are apart from each other. In the photoisomerizing molecule film, photoisomerizing molecules which form the photoisomerizing molecule film each have a closing ring structure in a channel region and an opening ring structure in the other regions. The channel region serves to connect between the electrodes. The organic transistor further comprises an insulator layer located on one surface of the photoisomerizing molecule film and a resin layer located between the photoisomerizing molecule film and the insulator layer.
