To provide a rotator which can achieve weight reduction while ensuring output.SOLUTION: A connection part 25 of a yoke part 24 and a linking part 23 is provided in a position of a diameter-direction inside of a second magnet part 32 in an inner-periphery surface of the yoke part 24 in an aspect which extends from the inner-periphery surface of the yoke part 24 to the diameter-direction inside.
