Zusammenfassung:To provide a method for measuring a fluidity index of a molten resin, which makes it possible to grasp the fluidity of the molten resin online even during continuous molding.SOLUTION: In a measuring process of storing a molten resin in front of a screw, a narrow flow path formed in a flow path of the molten resin is simulated as a capillary or an orifice, and a measured resin amount of the molten resin and a back pressure acting on the screw during the measuring process are measured by an injection device of an injection molding machine, and a fluidity index showing a fluidity property of the measured molten resin is calculated based on the measured resin amount and the back pressure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】連続成形を行ってある間でも溶融樹脂の流動性をオンラインで把握できるようにした溶融樹脂の流動性指標測定方法を提供する。【解決手段】スクリューの前方に溶融樹脂を溜める計量工程で、溶融樹脂の流路に形成されている狭隘流路をキャピラリー若しくはオリフィスと擬制し、溶融樹脂の計量樹脂量と計量工程中に前記スクリューに作用する背圧を射出成形機の射出装置で測定し、前記計量樹脂量と背圧に基づいて、計量された溶融樹脂の流動性性状を表す流動性指標を算出する。【選択図】図3
