Zusammenfassung:To provide a heat transfer suppression sheet which is improved in heat transfer suppression effects and also improved in mechanical strength, and a heat transfer suppression sheet for battery pack which is especially suitable for a battery pack.SOLUTION: A heat transfer suppression sheet 1 of the present invention is installed proximately to or at least partially in contact with a heating element 30. The heat transfer suppression sheet 1 comprises a first heat insulation layer 10 and a second heat insulation layer 11, and a metal layer 20 is held between the first heat insulation layer 10 and the second heat insulation layer 11. A heat transfer suppression sheet for a battery pack of the present invention is interposed between battery cells in a battery pack in which multiple battery cells are connected in series or in parallel.
