Zusammenfassung: | To effectively suppress secondary disaster by collecting disaster information quickly and efficiently.SOLUTION: A disaster information collection system 1 comprises: a detection device 2 that detects occurrence of disaster in an area A; shut-off devices 3 that shut off supply of fluid on the basis of a detected result by the detection device 2; a flight vehicle 5 that monitors a damage situation in the area A; and a management device 10 that collects situations of shut-off of fluid supply in the shut-off devices 3 and the damage situation obtained by the flight vehicle 5. The management device 10 discriminates the plurality of shut-off devices 3 into a first shut-off device not yet shutting off supply of fluid and a second shut-off device already shutting off the supply of fluid, which when one of the adjacent shut-off devices 3 is the first shut-off device and the other is the second shut-off device, determines a flight route for the flight vehicle 5 so that the flight vehicle 5 flies over an installation position of the first shut-off device in priority to an installation position of the second shut-off device, and then makes the flight vehicle 5 fly.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
