Zusammenfassung:To provide a method and a device for inspecting a flow of powder resin which can easily and efficiently inspect the flow of powdery resin in a flow tank.SOLUTION: The method for inspecting a flow includes: a flowing step of flowing a powder resin 14 in the inside of a container 34 of a flow tank 12; a viscosity measuring step for measuring the viscosity of the powdery resin 14 flowing in the container 34; and a determination step of calculating the correlation in advance between the volume density and viscosity of the powdery resin 14 flowing in the container 34, and determining whether the estimated value of the volume density which can be obtained from the correlation and the measured value of the viscosity obtained in the viscosity measuring step is the volume density acceptable value at a maximum.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】流動槽の粉体樹脂の流動を容易且つ効率的に検査することが可能な粉体樹脂の流動検査方法及び流動検査装置を提供する。【解決手段】流動検査方法は、流動槽12の収容部34の内部で粉体樹脂14を流動させる流動工程と、収容部34の内部で流動する粉体樹脂14の粘度を測定する粘度測定工程と、収容部34内で流動する粉体樹脂14のかさ密度及び粘度の相関が予め算出され、該相関と、粘度測定工程で測定した粘度の測定値とから得ることが可能なかさ密度の推定値がかさ密度許容値以下であるか否かを判定する判定工程とを有する。【選択図】図1
