Zusammenfassung:To continuously supply an appropriate CSG material by quickly and accurately measuring the moisture content and the particle size distribution of a granular material used as a CSG material even when a large amount of the CSG material needs to be supplied.SOLUTION: A quality measurement/management method for a CSG material includes the steps of: measuring the moisture content of a granular material used as the CSG material using a microwave moisture meter (S1-1); calculating the particle size distribution of the granular material by dispersing the granular material uniformly for downward flow and performing image analysis on image data obtained by photographing the flowing down granular material (S1-2); performing the moisture content adjustment on the granular material by adjusting the amount of water to be supplied to the granular material based on the measured value of the moisture content (S2); determining whether or not the granular material whose moisture content is adjusted is within a range of an appropriate management value (S3); and then, using the granular material whose determination result is within the range of the appropriate management value as the CSG material (S4).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 大量のCSG材を供給する必要がある場合であっても、CSG材として使用する粒状材料の水分量及び粒度分布を迅速かつ正確に測定することにより、適切なCSG材を連続して供給する。【解決手段】 マイクロ波水分計を用いて、CSG材として使用する粒状材料の水分量を測定する(S1−1)とともに、当該粒状材料を均一に分散して流下させ、流下する粒状材料を撮影した画像データを画像解析することにより、粒状材料の粒度分布を算出する(S1−2)。水分量の測定値に基づいて、粒状材料への給水量を調節して、粒状材料の水分量調整を行い(S2)、水分量調整を行った粒状材料が、適切な管理値の範囲内であるか否かを判定する(S3)。そして、判定結果が適切な管理値の範囲内である粒状材料をCSG材として使用する(S4)。【選択図】図1
