REMOTE MONITORING SYSTEM FOR ELEVATOR

To provide a remote monitoring system of an elevator that allows a person staying near a door at each floor, when conducting an inspection of an elevator remotely, to predict the arrival of a car and subsequent opening thereof, for commissioning including the opening and closing of doors.SOLUTION: There are included: an elevator having a car that can stop at multiple levels of a building and has doors that open and close at the level where the car is stopped, and a control microcomputer that can control the operation of the car and stores information about abnormalities in the opening and closing of the doors; indicators installed on each level; a monitoring terminal that can be connected to the control microcomputer; and an imaging device that can capture the open/close status of the doors at each level. The monitoring terminal indicates to the control microcomputer which floor to stop the car in an inspection mode. At least in the inspection mode, the indicators provide a notification when the door of the car that stops at the floor in which it is installed is opened, and the imaging device outputs the captured image to the monitoring terminal or a storage server.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】エレベータを遠隔で点険する際に、階層におけるドア付近に滞在する人にかごの到着及びその後の戸開を予測させ、ドアの開閉を伴う試運転を行うことができる遠隔監視システムを提供する。【解決手段】建物の複数の階層で停止可能で且つ停止した階層で開閉するドアを有するかご、及びかごの動作を制御可能で且つドアの開閉についての異常に関する情報を記憶する制御マイコンを有するエレベータと、各階層に設置されるインジケータと、制御マイコンに接続可能な監視端末と、各階層のドアの開閉状態を撮像可能な撮像装置と、を備える。監視端末は、点検モードにおいて、制御マイコンに対してかごを停止させる階層を指示する。少なくとも点検モードにおいて、インジケータは、自身の設置された階層に停止するかごのかごドアが開くときに報知を行い、撮像装置は、撮像画像を監視端末や記憶サーバーに出力する。【選択図】図１
