Zusammenfassung:	To appropriately execute a plurality of determination functions according to a situation in a vehicle occupant monitoring device.SOLUTION: An occupant monitoring device 40 of an automobile 1 is comprised of: an imaging device that captures an occupant in the automobile 1; and an occupant monitoring ECU 58 capable of executing a plurality of determination processes including a behavior detection process for at least a driver on board based on the captured image.
