Zusammenfassung: | To easily and inexpensively provide an insulating spacer which reduces an electric field of a creepage direction component on the surface and is used as a cast article laminated with an insulating resin layer having a desired dielectric ratio.SOLUTION: There are provided a method for manufacturing a cone type insulating spacer including a step of continuously injecting two or more resins having different dielectric constant ratios into a mold 20 for casting which has a center conductor 10 arranged in the central part of a bottom surface and has a bottom surface projecting downward using movable casting nozzles 21a and 21b, the resins being injected while rotating the movable casting nozzles relative to the mold for casting, and a step of heating and molding the resin filling the mold; a cone type insulating spacer manufactured from the same; and a casting device capable of manufacturing them.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 表面の沿面方向成分の電界を低減し、所望の誘電率の絶縁樹脂層が積層された注型物としての絶縁スペーサを簡易かつ安価に提供する。【解決手段】 底面中央部に中心導体10が配置された、底面が下方に凸状の注型用型20内に、可動性注型ノズル21a、bを用いて、誘電率が異なる二種以上の樹脂を、連続的に注入する工程であって、前記注型用型に対して前記可動性注型ノズルを相対的に回転させながら注入する工程と、前記型に充填した樹脂を加熱成型する工程とを含むコーン型絶縁スペーサの製造方法、これにより製造されたコーン型絶縁スペーサ、並びにこれらを製造可能な注型装置を提供する。【選択図】 図1 |
