To effectively use cold or heat of a heat storage medium directly in a temperature control target space.SOLUTION: An air conditioner (10) includes: a heat transfer pipe (46) in which a temperature control medium cooled or heated by a heat source (20) flows; and a tank (32) storing the heat storage medium and having the heat transfer pipe (46) disposed therein. The heat transfer pipe (46) exchanges heat between the temperature control medium flowing in the heat transfer pipe (46) and the heat storage medium in the tank (32). In at least a part of the tank (32), heat transfer parts (35, 37, 39-41, 44, 45) exposed in a temperature control target space are formed.
