Zusammenfassung:To provide a separation method that is free from contamination out of an environment while being simple and capable of separating the target component in a solution safely and efficiently, and provide an analysis method of the target component, the analysis method that is rapid and highly precise using such the separation method.SOLUTION: A separation method of a target component in a solution is provided. The method comprises the steps of: preparing a solution containing the target component and a response reagent enabling gasification of the target component; injecting air bubbles into a flow path intermittently while continuously feeding a solution and a reaction reagent into the flow path, and generating a gas-liquid slug flow where the solution and the mixed liquid containing the reaction reagent are segmented into multiple droplets by the air bubbles; continuing liquid feed of a gas-liquid slag flow in the flow path, and promoting the mixture of the solution and the reaction reagent in each droplet by that and the gasification of the target component by that, as well as the movement to the air bubbles of the gas derived from the target component generated by the gasification; and collecting the gas derived from the target component moved to the air bubbles using an absorption liquid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】簡便でありながらも、環境からの汚染も無く、安全かつ効率的に溶液中の目的成分を分離することが可能な分離方法、及びそのような分離方法を用いた迅速かつ高精度な目的成分の分析方法を提供する。【解決手段】溶液中の目的成分の分離方法であって、目的成分を含む溶液、及び目的成分をガス化可能な反応試薬を用意する工程と、溶液及び反応試薬を流路に連続的に送液しながら、流路に気泡を断続的に注入して、溶液及び反応試薬を含む混合液が気泡で複数の液滴に分節された気液スラグ流を生成する工程と、流路における気液スラグ流の送液を継続し、それにより各液滴における溶液及び反応試薬の混合及びそれによる目的成分のガス化、並びにガス化により生じた目的成分由来ガスの気泡への移動を促す工程と、気泡に移動した目的成分由来ガスを吸収液で回収する工程とを含む方法。【選択図】図2
