To provide a lower half body underwear capable of making a male genital organ inconspicuous.SOLUTION: A lower half body underwear 10 includes a front body 12, a back body 14 and a crotch cloth 16, and fabrics constituting them are sewn or bonded to be integrated. The lower half body underwear 10 has cushion parts 18 on a skin side of the front body 12. The cushion parts 18 are arranged near a center 22 from sides 20 of the front body 12, and the cushion parts 18 touch the skin. The center 22 of the front body 12 does not have the cushion part 18, and it becomes a recessed part when viewed from the skin side of the front body 12. The recessed part becomes a storage part 24 of a male genital organ (especially, penis).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】男性性器を目立たなくすることができる下半身用肌着を提供する。【解決手段】下半身用肌着１０は、前身頃１２、後身頃１４および股布１６を備え、それらを構成する生地が縫合または接着等されて一体になっている。下半身用肌着１０は前身頃１２の肌側にクッション部１８を備える。クッション部１８は前身頃１２の脇部２０から中央部２２の付近に配置され、クッション部１８が肌に接する。前身頃１２の中央部２２はクッション部１８を有さず、前身後１２の肌側から見ると窪みとなる。この窪みは男性性器（特に陰茎）の収納部２４になる。【選択図】図１
