Zusammenfassung:To provide a system that supports credit determination of customers.SOLUTION: A system of the present invention includes: means for scoring a customer using at least one of customer information, financial account information, and credit information on the customer; means for determining the state of the customer on the basis of the score and storing it in a database; means for extracting a predetermined number of pieces of information on the customer corresponding to a state for each of states of the customer from the database, the states of the customer including at least a first state of the customer, a second state showing a state relatively worse than the first state, and a third state relatively worse than the second state; means for extracting the information on the customer at substantially the same percentage for the second state and the third state, and for extracting the information at a greater percentage for the first state than the second state or the third state; and means for generating a scoring model for default probability on the basis of the extracted information on the first state, the second state, and the third state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】顧客の与信判断を支援するシステムを提供する。【解決手段】本システムは、顧客の顧客情報と金融口座情報と顧客の信用情報との少なくとも1つの情報を用いて、顧客をスコア付けする手段と、スコアに基づいて顧客の状態を判定して、データベースに記憶する手段と、データベースから、顧客の状態毎に、状態に対応する顧客の情報を所定数抽出する手段と、顧客の状態は、顧客の少なくとも第1の状態と、当該第1の状態よりも相対的に悪い状態を示す第2の状態と、第2の状態よりも相対的に悪い第3の状態を含み、第2の状態と第3の状態については、顧客の情報を実質的に同じ割合を抽出すると共に、第1の状態は、第2の状態または第3の状態よりも大きな割合で抽出する手段と、抽出された第1の状態、第2の状態、第3の状態の情報に基づいて、デフォルト確率に関するスコアリングモデルを生成する手段と備える。【選択図】図1
