Zusammenfassung:To provide a property search device and the like capable of reducing a burden when a user searches for desired properties.SOLUTION: A property search device includes an information providing server SV that obtains change condition information indicating a change condition which is the condition of a property desired to be changed by a user, obtains reference property information, which is property information serving as a reference of property search by the user, generates a search condition for property search on the basis of the change condition indicated by the obtained change condition information and the property information serving as the reference indicated by the obtained reference property information, searches for a property satisfying the generated search condition, and presents property information indicating the property searched for to the user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】ユーザが所望する物件を検索する際の負担を低減することが可能な物件検索装置等を提供する。【解決手段】ユーザにより変更が希望される物件の条件である変更条件を示す変更条件情報を取得し、ユーザによる物件の検索の基準となる物件情報である基準物件情報を取得し、取得された変更条件情報により示される変更条件と、取得された基準物件情報により示される基準となる物件情報と、に基づいて物件検索用の検索条件を生成し、生成された検索条件を満たす物件を検索し、検索された物件を示す物件情報をユーザに提示する情報提供サーバＳＶを備える。【選択図】図１
