Zusammenfassung: | To provide, in a process where an unsaturated hydrocarbon and/or an unsaturated aldehyde as a raw material compound is subjected to a vapor phase contact oxidation reaction using a catalyst, a reactor, the structure of which can be simplified, and a reaction method capable of improving productivity by using the reactor.SOLUTION: The reaction method comprises: using, as a reactor, a fixed bed reactor with a heat transfer system suitable for each of the first half and the last half of a catalyst layer; making the reaction proceed in a tubular heat transfer fixed bed reactor until conversion of the raw material compound becomes 30% or more and less than 80%; and subsequently introducing a fluid containing the raw material compound and a reaction product into a fixed bed reactor which does not perform heat exchange to further convert the raw material compound.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1-a
【課題】本発明は、触媒を用いて原料化合物としての不飽和炭化水素および/または不飽和アルデヒドを気相接触酸化反応させるプロセスにおいて、構造を簡便にできる反応器、および、その反応器を用いて生産性が向上できる反応方法を提供する。【解決手段】反応器として、触媒層の前半部および後半部それぞれに適した伝熱方式の固定床反応器を用い、原料化合物の転化率が30%以上80%未満までを管式熱交換型固定床反応器で反応させ、次いで、原料化合物および反応生成物を含む流体を熱交換しない固定床反応器に導入して原料化合物をさらに転化させる。【選択図】図1−a |
