Zusammenfassung: | To provide a high frequency connector capable of increasing tenacity of a shield wire, while improving shield performance, and to provide an assembly method of a high frequency connector.SOLUTION: A high frequency connector includes a shield wire 1, an inner terminal 2 for connection with a core wire 11, and an outer terminal 3 in which the inner terminal 2 is placed, and for connection with a braiding 12. The outer terminal 3 includes a first barrel 31 for crimping the braiding 12, and a second barrel 32 articulated to the first barrel 31, and crimping a covering 14, the second barrel 32 includes a first crimp piece 321 having an insertion port 321H, and a second crimp piece 322 having a protrusion 323 entering into the insertion port 321H, where the first and second crimp pieces 321, 322 dig into the covering 14 in a state where the protrusion 323 enters into the insertion port 321H, while being caulked and displacing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】シールド性能を向上させつつ、シールド電線の保持力を増大させることができる高周波コネクタ及び高周波コネクタの組立方法を提供する。【解決手段】シールド電線1と、芯線11に接続されるインナー端子2と、インナー端子2が内部に配置され、編組12に接続されるアウター端子3と、を備えた高周波コネクタである。アウター端子3は、編組12を圧着する第一バレル31と、第一バレル31に連設され、外皮14を圧着する第二バレル32と、を備え、第二バレル32は、挿入口321Hを有する第一圧着片321と、挿入口321Hに入り込む突起部323を有する第二圧着片322と、を備え、第一圧着片321と第二圧着片322とが加締めにより加締められて変位しつつ、突起部323が挿入口321Hに入り込んだ状態で外皮14に食い込む。【選択図】図1 |
