APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING BAUMKUCHEN

To provide an apparatus which uses electricity as a heat source for baking, and nonetheless can produce Baumkuchen having texture and taste sense comparable with those of Baumkuchen produced by the existing apparatus using gas.SOLUTION: The apparatus comprises: a plurality of rolling pins 17 horizontally spaced at intervals along one circumference inside a baking chamber, and revolving while rotating; a plurality of infrared heaters 23 opposed from the outside to the plurality of rolling pin 17 side; a heater guide hood 29 surrounding the plurality of infrared heaters 23 from the outside concavely; and steam guiding means guiding a flow of steam M to the plurality of infrared heater 23 side along an inner surface of the heater guide hood 29.
