A control method of the cooling fan includes: a step of building a thermal circuit model for heat dissipation of the storage battery; a step of acquiring the temperature of the storage battery; a step of acquiring the temperature outside the storage battery housing box; a step of acquiring a temperature difference between the temperature of the storage battery and the temperature outside the storage battery housing box; and selecting a conduction ratio for the cooling fan, the heat dissipation power of the cooling fan being maximum or minimum according to the temperature difference.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
