【課題】従来よりも一段と正確に検出対象分子の解析を行うことができる電気化学センサ及び電気化学センサの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】電気化学センサは、各検出電極3bにリード線を設けなくても、電気化学発光溶液10bの発光を基にサンプル溶液10a内の検出対象分子を確認できるので、リード線が不要となる分、検出電極3bを高密度で配置させることができる。よって、検出電極3bを高密度で配置できる分だけ、高解像の解析データを得ることができ、従来よりも一段と正確に検出対象分子の解析を行うことができる。【選択図】図2 |
