To provide a vaporizer capable of reducing energy costs and installation costs for warming hot water.SOLUTION: The vaporizer comprises a plate laminate body constituted by laminating a liquified gas plate 6, on which a liquefied gas passage 61, a liquified gas passage inlet 62 and a liquified gas passage outlet 63 are formed, and a hot water plate, on which a hot water passage is formed. The vaporizer vaporizes liquified gas flowing through the liquified gas passage 61 by heat from hot water flowing through the hot water passage. The liquified gas passage outlet 63 is provided on one side blocked by a virtual straight line V vertical to a side of the liquified gas plate 6 on which the liquified gas passage inlet 62 is provided, and blocked by a virtual straight line V passing through the liquified gas passage inlet 62.
