Zusammenfassung:To provide a manufacturing method of a sintered ore capable of achieving further enhancement of productivity by preventing burning unevenness of a sintering raw material with improvement of a method described in patent literature 2.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for granulating a sintering raw material containing fine ore and coagulant with a drum mixer 10, and then injecting the same into a sintering machine 13 by a belt conveyor A11, in which the coagulant is transported together with a low moisture sintering raw material by a belt conveyor B12 and post-added into the drum mixer 10. A post-addition position is in a range of 0.8 L to 0.98 L from an injection port of the drum mixer 10 (full length L), mass of the low moisture sintering raw material is 1 time or more of mass of the post-added coagulant and 24 mass% or less of all sintering raw material injected into the sintering machine 13, the belt conveyor B12 has one or more transition part 12a between the coagulant and the low moisture sintering raw material are merged and post-addition into the drum mixer 10, and the belt conveyor A11 has two or more transition parts 11a and 11b between the drum mixer 10 and the sintering machine 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】特許文献2記載の方法を改善することにより、焼結原料の焼けムラを防止して更なる生産性の向上を実現することが可能な焼結鉱の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】粉鉱石と凝結材を含む焼結原料をドラムミキサー10にて造粒処理した後、ベルトコンベアA11にて焼結機13に装入する方法であって、凝結材を低水分焼結原料と共にベルトコンベアB12で搬送してドラムミキサー10内に後添加する。後添加位置はドラムミキサー10(全長L)の装入口から0.8L〜0.98Lの範囲、低水分焼結原料の質量は、後添加する凝結材の質量の1倍以上、焼結機13に装入される全焼結原料の24質量%以下、ベルトコンベアB12は、凝結材と低水分焼結原料が合流してドラムミキサー10内に後添加されるまでの間に一カ所以上の乗継部12a、ベルトコンベアA11は、ドラムミキサー10から焼結機13までの間に二カ所以上の乗継部11a、11bを有する。【選択図】図1
