To more efficiently crush waste to a prescribed size or smaller size.SOLUTION: A biaxial crusher 1 having: a pair of rotary shafts 7; plural rotary blades 8 which are fitted to respective rotary shafts 7 and perform primary crushing of waste, and in which a part of a rotation locus of the rotary blade 8 fitted to one rotary shaft 7a and a part of a rotation locus of the rotary blade 8 fitted to the other rotary shaft 7b are overlapped; plural spacers 9 which are fitted to respective rotary shafts 7; and a screen part 4.
