Zusammenfassung:	To provide a carbon nanotube water-based dispersion good in dispersibility of a carbon nanotube, and good in wettability to a PET film, and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: There is provided a carbon nanotube water-based dispersion containing components A to C, in which the component A is a carbon nanotube, the component B is a polymer dispersant, the component C is a binder resin containing a constitutional unit derived from (meth)acrylic acid, and the polymer dispersion is a polymer compound in which pH of 1 mass% solution thereof at 25°C is 5 to 8.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】一態様において、カーボンナノチューブの分散性が良好で、ＰＥＴフィルムに対する濡れ性も良好なカーボンナノチューブ水系分散液およびその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、一態様において、成分Ａ〜Ｃを含み、前記成分Ａは、カーボンナノチューブ、前記成分Ｂは、高分子分散剤、前記成分Ｃは、（メタ）アクリル酸由来の構成単位を含むバインダー樹脂であり、前記高分子分散剤は、その１質量％水溶液の２５℃におけるｐＨが５以上８以下となる高分子化合物である、カーボンナノチューブ水分散液である。【選択図】なし
