【課題】被写体周りを旋回するX線発生器及びX線検出器が頭部体に接触することを抑制しつつ、X線発生器がなるべく頭部に近くを旋回するようにすることで、なるべく鮮明なX線CT画像を得ることができるようにすることを目的とする。【解決手段】頭部Pの前寄りにある一部を撮影領域RとしてX線CT撮影する場合に、旋回機構32と距離変更機構34とにより、X線発生器22とX線検出器24とを、それらの間に撮影領域Rを位置させつつ旋回移動させると共に、撮影領域Rの中心Aに対するX線検出器24の距離を変更することで、X線検出器24を、頭部Pの前側については撮影領域Rに近づき、後側については撮影領域Rから遠ざかる周回軌道Qに沿って旋回させる。【選択図】図1 |
