Zusammenfassung:	To provide particles which comprise pectin and gelatin and may be useful for preparing any of various products such as soft pharmaceutical capsules, hard pharmaceutical capsules, and food additives.SOLUTION: Methods for preparing particles comprise the steps of: (a) dissolving pectin in an aqueous solution to produce an aqueous solution of dissolved pectin; (b) mixing the aqueous solution of dissolved pectin with liquid gelatin to produce a gelatin/pectin mixture; (c) drying the gelatin/pectin mixture; and (d) milling the gelatin/pectin mixture to produce a plurality of particles.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】本願は、ペクチン及びゼラチンを含有する粒子を開示する。当該粒子は、医薬用軟カプセル、医薬用硬カプセル、及び食品添加物等の様々な製品のいずれかを調製するのに有用であり得る。【解決手段】また、本願は、当該粒子を調製する方法を開示し、当該方法は：（ａ）ペクチンを水溶液に溶解して溶解ペクチンの水溶液を生産する工程；（ｂ）当該溶解ペクチンの水溶液を液体ゼラチンと混合してゼラチン／ペクチン混合物を生産する工程；（ｃ）当該ゼラチン／ペクチン混合物を乾燥する工程；及び（ｄ）当該ゼラチン／ペクチン混合物を製粉して当該複数の粒子を生産する工程；を含む。【選択図】なし
