EXHAUST EMISSION CONTROL SYSTEM

To provide an exhaust emission control system for enabling appropriate NOx elimination according to the states of an internal combustion engine and a NOx catalyst.SOLUTION: A NOx catalyst 21 is provided in an exhaust passage 12 of an engine 10. A hydrocarbon supply part 31 supplies hydrocarbon as reductant to the NOx catalyst 21. An operation state detection part 41 detects the operation state of the engine 10. A catalyst state change estimation part 42 estimates a change in the state of the NOx catalyst 21 on the basis of the operation state detected by the operation state detection part 41.
