METHOD FOR PRODUCING PARTICLE USED AS CONSTITUENT COMPONENT OF SEALING EPOXY RESIN COMPOSITION, CORE-SHELL PARTICLE USED AS CONSTITUENT COMPONENT OF SEALING EPOXY RESIN COMPOSITION AND SEALING EPOXY RESIN COMPOSITION

To improve the homogeneity of particles in the production of the particles used as a constituent component of a sealing epoxy resin composition.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for producing particles used as a constituent component of a sealing epoxy resin composition which comprises: (1) a melting and mixing step of obtaining a molten mixture (A) of en epoxy resin and a curing agent; (2) a feeding step of feeding the molten mixture (A) obtained in the melting and mixing step, an inorganic filler (B) and at least one material selected from the group consisting of a coloring agent and an ion scavenger in a stirring device equipped with a stirring blade; and (3) after the feeding step, a granulation step of heating the components fed in the stirring device to 110°C or more while driving the stirring blade at the linear velocity of 0.1 m/s or more at the tip to mix to obtain core-shell particles having a shell containing the molten mixture (A) outside a core containing the inorganic filler (B) and the material (C).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】封止用エポキシ樹脂組成物の構成成分として用いられる粒子の製造において、その粒子の均質性を向上させる。【解決手段】（１）エポキシ樹脂と硬化剤との溶融混合物（Ａ）を得る溶融混合工程と、（２）溶融混合工程で得られた溶融混合物（Ａ）と、無機充填剤（Ｂ）と、着色剤およびイオン捕捉剤からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも一種の材料（Ｃ）とを、攪拌羽根を備えた攪拌装置に投入する投入工程と、（３）投入工程の後に、攪拌装置に投入された成分を、攪拌羽根を先端の線速度０．１ｍ／ｓ以上の速さで駆動させて混合しつつ加熱して１１０℃以上とし、無機充填剤（Ｂ）および材料（Ｃ）を含むコアの外側に溶融混合物（Ａ）を含むシェルを備えたコアシェル粒子を得る造粒工程と、を含む、封止用エポキシ樹脂組成物の構成成分として用いられる粒子の製造方法。【選択図】図１
