Zusammenfassung: | To provide an optical film having high stability under high temperature and high humidity conditions, which is a film using a resin composition excellent in retardation characteristics and wavelength dispersion characteristics.SOLUTION: A resin composition is provided, comprising a cellulose-based resin represented by general formula (1) below and having a substitution degree of 1.5 to 2.95 by 50 to 98.99 wt.%, an ester-based resin showing negative birefringence by 1 to 49.99 wt.%, and a hydroxy group-reactive crosslinking agent by 0.01 to 5 wt.%.
