Zusammenfassung:To reduce effects by pulsation generated by an intermittent exhaust operation of an engine.SOLUTION: An exhaust emission control device 10 includes: an exhaust gas receiver 20 having a cylindrical body 21, inflow sections 22 provided in the body 21 and causing exhaust gas from an engine to flow into the body 21 and a discharge section 23 that is provided in the body 21 and from which the exhaust gas in the body 21 is discharged; a nozzle 31 for spraying at least one of a reducing agent and a reducing agent precursor into the exhaust gas in the body 21; and an NOx removal reactor 40 to which the exhaust gas discharged from the discharge section 23 flows in.
