Zusammenfassung:	To provide an adhesive composition for fluororesin base material that can form an adhesive layer that contains a hindered amine photostabilizer, resists whitening in a high humidity environment, shows high adhesion to an adherend, and has excellent adhesion to a fluororesin base material, and provide an adhesive film.SOLUTION: An adhesive composition for fluororesin base material contains a (meth) acrylic polymer having a carboxy group, an isocyanate crosslinker, and a hindered amine photostabilizer with a molecular weight of 300 or more and 650 or less. There is also provided an application thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】ヒンダードアミン系光安定剤を含み、高湿環境下で白化し難く、被着体に対して高い粘着力を示し、かつ、フッ素系樹脂基材との密着性に優れる粘着剤層を形成できるフッ素系樹脂基材用粘着剤組成物及び粘着フィルムの提供。【解決手段】カルボキシ基を有する（メタ）アクリル系重合体と、イソシアネート系架橋剤と、分子量が３００以上６５０以下であるヒンダードアミン系光安定剤と、を含むフッ素系樹脂基材用粘着剤組成物及びその応用。【選択図】なし
